At Masimai, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may receive a damaged item. In such cases, we are happy to assist you. Please review our exchange policy below.
Please note that, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Non-Exchange Policy:
1) Please note that, aside from receiving damaged or wrong items, our brand does not offer exchanges for any other reason. We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preferences, or sizing issues. All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2) Our products are meticulously handcrafted using the finest materials, and many processes are manual. Please be aware that irregularities, if any, are intrinsic to the handcrafted nature of the product and should not be considered defects.
3) Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
Exchange Policy:
1) If you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
2) We will gladly accept exchanges for damaged or wrong items, provided you contact us within the specified timeframe.
3) If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at customercare@masimai.com
Conditions for Exchange:
1) To be eligible for an exchange due to the above mentioned reasons, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2) We will request photographic/videographic evidence of the damage for our records.
Process for exchange:
1) To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@masimai.com
2) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3) Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Masimai, B C-2, Block F, 2nd floor, Vijayshanthi Apartments, Jayendra Colony, Nehru Nagar, OMR service road, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600096.
4) The cost for returning the product is to be borne by the customer.
5) We aim to process all returns within 7 working days and resend the ordered product. The delivery time of the product will vary logistics.
6) In case, we do not have the earlier ordered product in stock, the customer has to pick another choice from the available products.
Refund Policy:
1) At Masimai, we uphold rigorous quality standards to ensure that our customers receive top-tier products. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any orders.
2) In the event of receiving a damaged or wrong product, we would gladly offer exchange for the product. Please read our exchange policies to know about our terms and conditions.
