Domestic Shipping:
1) Processing Time - All orders are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days, although we aim to dispatch them sooner, starting from the date of your order. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, right here at our studio in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
2) Free Deliveries Within India - Good news for our customers within India! Enjoy free delivery, and the price you see on our website for the product already includes all applicable taxes and duties.
3) Shipment Confirmation - You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, complete with tracking number(s) to keep you in the loop.
4) Secure Packaging - Your satisfaction is our priority. Rest assured, our products are meticulously packaged in tamper-proof materials. If, however, you notice any signs of tampering with your package, kindly refrain from accepting the delivery and reach out to us immediately via email.
5) Multiple Shipping Addresses - For orders destined to different shipping addresses, please consider creating separate orders in separate carts. This ensures a smooth delivery process.
6) Reliable Couriers - We entrust your shipments to trusted courier services such as Blue Dart and DHL, known for their reliability. While we aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur. Please note that Masimai cannot be held responsible for any products that experience delays, damage, or loss during shipping.

International Shipping:
1) Processing Time - All international orders are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days, though we strive to expedite this whenever possible, starting from the date of your order. Please note that our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, originating from our studio in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
2) Shipping Charges - Additional charges apply for shipping saris to locations outside India. The current shipping costs are as follows - Sari: INR 3000 per sari.
3) If your order includes two sarees, please be aware that they cannot be shipped in a single package. Each saree will be shipped in a separate package, with an INR 3000 charge per package.
4) Customs Clearance and Duties - Depending on the destination country, our carrier may require customs clearance for your goods before final delivery. Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid on their behalf.
5) Lost or Damaged Packages - While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged from the point of dispatch to delivery, please rest assured that you can file a lost package claim with the carrier. We're here to assist you throughout the process.
